faq
Each listing displays its own rate. In October 2026, Spanish transcription paid $10–35 an hour, maths Master's and PhD holders earned $75–90, and UK English voice acting paid $120–200, while Alignerr's homepage claims an average of $80 an hour.
Work done between Monday and Sunday is paid by the following Friday. Payouts go through Stripe Connect or PayPal; which one applies depends on the country you verified in. Your first Stripe payout carries a mandatory 7-day hold.
Zara is an AI interviewer, and some Alignerr jobs bring it in after you apply. It doesn't show up for every job; some run a domain assessment instead.
Only for certain roles. Maths expert roles require a Master's or PhD. Roles like AI chatbot tester ask for no experience at all, but clear written English is a must across the board.
Labelbox, an AI data company in San Francisco, built Alignerr and operates it, and Alignerr's projects run on the Labelbox platform.
Not in every case. According to Alignerr's FAQ, a deactivation by its trust and safety team plus a rejected appeal means you don't get paid for completed work.
