Why we built it
AI companies pay people to write, rate and check the examples their models learn from. The work is real, but it is hard to find in one place, pay is often hidden, and scammers copy the names of real platforms.
We built a board that shows real, current jobs with pay in US dollars per hour and the countries each job accepts. We add our own data that you cannot get elsewhere: the Pay Index , the Legit Score and reports from workers.
What we don't do
- We do not employ you or hire for the platforms. You apply on the platform's own site.
- We never charge workers, and we never ask for ID or bank details.
- We do not call any platform a partner or say it endorses us.
- We do not publish made-up reviews or ratings. Worker reports are moderated and anonymised.

- No. Searching jobs, reading reviews and using the tools costs nothing, and no account is required. We never ask for your ID, bank details or a fee.

- Yes. We run a job board rather than employing anyone: the listings come from the AI-training platforms' own career pages, we check each one at its source every 24 hours, and you apply on the platform itself.
- Do you hire for the AI-training platforms?
- No. Recruiting, interviewing and paying all sit with the platforms. Your application goes through the platform's own site, and the platform alone chooses who it hires.
