How We Make Money
AI Trainer HQ is free for workers. We earn a referral fee from some platforms when someone we send to them is hired. Today one platform pays us this way: micro1. The fee never changes our platform rankings, our scores or the pay you get.

How referral links work
- You click an apply button, such as “Apply on Mercor”.
- The click goes through our own link first, so we can count which pages help people find work. We record the platform, job and page, not who you are.
- If the platform has a referral program with us, you are sent to the platform through our referral link. If not, you go straight to the original job posting.
- If you are hired, the platform may pay us a fee. You pay nothing, and your pay is the same as if you had applied directly.
Referral links carry a rel="sponsored" tag so search engines know they are paid links.
What referral fees never change
- Platform rankings. Platforms are ranked by Legit Score or pay. A fee never moves a platform up.
- Scores and verdicts. Referral fees are not a Legit Score input. Editors who write reviews do not see referral payouts.
- Your pay. The pay we show is the pay the platform posts. Referral fees come from the platform, not from your earnings.
- Who we list. We list platforms that do not pay us, and we publish bad news about platforms that do.
No partnerships or endorsements
A referral program is a standard agreement, not a partnership. We never describe a platform as our partner, and we never say a platform endorses us or that we endorse it. Platform names and logos belong to their owners.
