• Apply clicks. When you click an apply button, we record the platform, job, page, position on the page, time and the site that sent you. We do not record your name. We use this to see which pages help people and to match referral payments.
• Job alerts. If you sign up, we store your email address and the preferences you choose (professions, job type, countries, pay). We send alerts only after you confirm by clicking a link in our first email (double opt-in). Every alert has a one-click unsubscribe link, and we delete your address when you unsubscribe.
• Worker reports. If you send a report, we store what you enter: platform, role, pay, hours, whether you have been paid and how long the first payout took, screening steps, outcome, country and month. An editor reviews it. We publish only anonymised totals, never your name, email or anything that could identify you. If you give an email address so we can follow up, it is never shown and is deleted after moderation.
• Saved jobs. If you save jobs, the list is kept in your browser's storage on your device. It is never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.
• Emails to us. If you email us, we keep the message to reply and to fix any problem you report.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security, for a short time.

We use piqo and Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful, including visits that come from AI assistants. Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland see a banner first. Until you choose, we count your visit without setting a cookie; if you accept, they set the cookies above; if you reject, we load no analytics at all. Rejecting has no effect on what you can see or do on the site. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your data.

• Service providers that run the site for us: hosting, email delivery for alerts and analytics. They may use the data only for us.
• Platforms you click through to receive the click, as any website does. When you apply, you share your details with the platform directly, under its own privacy policy.
• We never sell personal data and never share your alert email address with platforms.

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where the law requires it, we use standard contract terms to protect it.

• Apply-click records: 24 months, then kept only as monthly totals.
• Alert email addresses: until you unsubscribe.
• Worker reports: the anonymised content is kept for our historical figures; any contact email is deleted after moderation.
• Emails to us: 24 months.

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU or UK GDPR, or California law), you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, and object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. We reply within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

This site is for adults looking for work. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
