What are the best sites like Mindrift?
1.Lilt
Legit · not rated yetLilt or Mindrift?
Lilt's catalog is nearly all language jobs: linguists, translators, voice talent and native-language specialists. Most postings attach to one country, and India shows up most often. Go with Lilt when a specific language or dialect is your main strength. Mindrift's open roles skew the other way, toward physicians and engineers, and its all-access tasks still let anyone begin without applying.
- 398 open roles on our board today, against 24 for Mindrift.
2.Welo Global
Legit · not rated yetWelo Global or Mindrift?
Welo Global, a Welocalize operation, focuses on search quality rating, annotation and evaluation across many languages. Each posting lists the countries it accepts, and the US and India appear often. A few roles are entry level, and some run on-site in US labs. Pick Welo Global for multilingual rating work. If you want expert medical or engineering projects and payouts on the 5th and 20th, Mindrift is the better fit.
- Median advertised pay is $19/hr, below Mindrift's $69/hr.
- 265 open roles on our board today, against 24 for Mindrift.
3.Prolific
Legit · not rated yetProlific or Mindrift?
Prolific works best if you want short studies with clear pay: you see the reward and hourly rate before starting each one, and PayPal cash-outs land within a day. The catch is a waitlist before you begin, plus AI work locked behind an assessment or invite-only Domain Expert verification. Mindrift skips the application stage entirely through all-access tasks, and it pays twice monthly via Payoneer or PayPal.
- No open roles on our board today, against 24 for Mindrift.
- Who can apply: Australia, Brazil, Canada +12 more (Mindrift: Most countries).
4.Outlier
Legit · not rated yetOutlier or Mindrift?
Outlier, the freelance arm of Scale AI, pays every Tuesday and supports PayPal, Airtm or ACH; Mindrift pays twice monthly by comparison. Outlier accepts workers in 117 countries and territories, though everyone needs at least an associate degree and VPN use is banned. If you don't have a degree, Mindrift makes more sense: its all-access tasks carry no education requirement.
